LYMPHOMATOUS TURN DURING GOUGEROT SJOGREN SYNDROME MIMICKING BREAST CANCER: A CASE REPORT

چکیده

Gougerot sjogren syndrome is a mild, slowly progressive autoimmune disease associated with low morbidity and mortality, characterized primarily by organ-specific manifestations systemic manifestations. Indeed, these complications, feared during the evolution, have been known reported for many years. This risk of non-hodgkin lymphoma is, moreover, notably greater primary than any other pathology. The most commonly affected tissue exocrine salivary glands, but tissues may be involved: stomach, nasopharynx, skin, liver, kidney, lung, breast. In both models, Sjögrens non-Hodgkins or chronic viral hepatitis infection, autoreactive B lymphocytes rheumatoid factor activity continuously stimulated process are particularly exposed to clonal transformation second oncogenic event.
